Job Dating is an event that is aimed at discovering talents and personalities that match our organisation. We believe that a CV cannot fully show the potential of a person. We want to learn about you: your passions, views and dreams. Instead of writing who you are, let us get to know you!
Marie-Alice Thierry-Portmann, Ayming Group HR Director and the local team welcome all the participants and tell them about Ayming’s organisation culture and about our beliefs: flexibility, strengthening individuals, our pioneer spirit and innovativeness. This is the first step for us to get to know you… before all kinds of workshops start.
The goal of a group workshop is to discuss a selected business or social topic with 5 or 6 other people. This is the time for building arguments and presenting your opinions and ideas. A moderator and observer from Ayming will be watching the group and individual persons – their behaviour and interactions, paying attention to both their way of thinking and of sharing their opinions. What is important for us is your ability to ask questions concerning the key issues. Believe in yourself, express your opinion and share your ideas.
The purpose of this workshop is to discover cognitive, communication and behavioural skills in the group. This fun workshop involves riddle solving. Games provide an exceptional opportunity to mutually discover soft skills, leadership skills and team work skills – those that are the most precious in consulting today.
According to what we promise, we do not only focus on CVs, but also on technical skills and qualifications. We want to get to know you. We are looking for open and flexible co-workers, therefore we decided to use a quick interview composed of several short questions that you need to answer spontaneously. Do not think about it too much, just be yourself.
Examples of questions: What was the latest news you found interesting and why? What is your passion? What is your dream?
A 10-minute direct talk with HR and the business: this is the time to fully present your professional skills and ambitions. Use the discussion to share your ideas, professional aspirations and super powers. We love unconventional people full of passion and ideas. Why should we work together? This is the most important question.

We want this meeting to be a nice experience for all the candidates. We provide refreshments during the process, available between particular workshops. At the end of the event we can talk while having a drink, in a more relaxed atmosphere. Come and meet us.
