Ayming’s global R&D consulting team has now made it possible to easily compare key international R&D tax incentive schemes on a like-for-like basis in one simple graphic, using two clear metrics: Generosity of the scheme and Ease of Application.
No two R&D tax regimes are exactly alike, and there is a multitude of legislation, interpretation and policy to consider when drawing a comparison. Ayming’s various R&D consulting teams have extensive knowledge of local R&D tax regimes, and using this experience we have made some assumptions in order to deliver a meaningful and simple comparison.
As well as the main graphic, there are also individual country profiles which give an overview of each of the schemes included in the tool.
